Andrew Gould is a Senior Managing Director, having joined Continuum in June 2024 from Deloitte Corporate Finance.
Andrew has 20 years M&A experience, including 5 years as an equity partner Deloitte's Financial Institutions Group. Andrew has advised on over 50 transactions, including a wide range of sellside, buyside M&A, capital raises, refinancing and public company transactions, with a client portfolio covering private equity investors, corporates and privately held companies. Andrew is responsible for originating and leading transactions across the financial services sector, with a particular focus on insurance.
Before specialising in M&A, Andrew worked at Arthur Andersen in Global Corporate Tax. Andrew has a degree in Management Sciences from the University of Nottingham and is a member of the ICAEW.
Andrew currently serves as a member of the Development Board at WellChild, the national charity for children with complex medical needs.
