Pro Global to be acquired by Marco Capital
In August 2026, Marco Capital signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pro Global, a leading international specialist insurance services platform serving major insurers, reinsurers and MGAs.
Following completion, Pro Global and PoloWorks will combine to create one of the industry’s largest specialist insurance services businesses across Lloyd's, the London Market and international insurance markets.
Continuum Advisory Partners acted as sole and exclusive financial adviser to Pro Global and its shareholders in connection with the transaction.
The transaction highlights Continuum’s expertise and track-record advising specialist services, claims, legal and MGA businesses across international markets.
