In February 2023, Parthenon Capital (“Parthenon”) a US-based private equity investor, announced a strategic investment in Titan Wealth (“Titan”).
Continuum Advisory Partners acted as Financial Advisor to Titan and its shareholders.
The transaction represents the latest validation of interest from global investors to deploy capital into UK wealth management. Parthenon will work closely with Titan Wealth to support further growth in the business, including investment in technology and best-in-class client service. This will enhance Titan’s ability to deliver comprehensive, integrated investment and platform services through its client to custody strategy. This investment also provides access to additional capital to support future M&A
Existing Titan Wealth investors, Ares, Hambleden Capital and Maven Capital Partners, remain invested and committed to the business.
The transaction highlights Continuum’s specialist expertise in the UK wealth management sector and connectivity with the global investment community.
