Amber River has chosen US-based Stone Point Capital as its investment partner to support the next phase of its growth.
Amber River, a business entrusted with £13.6bn of AUMA, brings together over 330 independent financial planners, advisers, technical experts and investment professionals who deliver their advice through 13 regional wealth centres across the UK.
Stone Point will provide sector expertise, capital and strategic support to help Amber River scale in its next chapter.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to complete in summer 2026.
