In March 2025 Quanta Group completed the acquisition of Craven Street Wealth.
Quanta Group is a next-generation wealth management group, comprising the Wealthtime and Wealthtime Classic platforms, the Copia Capital discretionary fund manager and now Craven Street Wealth. Quanta Group is a portfolio company of AnaCap Financial Partners.
Craven Street Wealth is a leading independent financial planning business that manages c.£2bn of assets for over 3,500 clients, with a track record of organic growth and acquiring and integrating high quality IFAs.
Quanta Group’s acquisition of Craven Street Wealth represents a broadening of the Group’s strategy into financial advice. Craven Street Wealth will continue to operate as an independent financial advice firm.
