UK based private equity firm Queen’s Park Equity (“QPE”) has partnered with specialist law firm Canford Law Ltd (“Canford”).
Founded in 2017, Canford is a fast-growing specialist legal services provider to the insurance and commercial sectors. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering efficient, commercially minded legal solutions and maintains market leading KPIs. The business operates nationally from four offices.
The investment from QPE will provide Canford with additional capital and strategic support to accelerate organic growth, further invest in talent, technology and systems. Selective strategic M&A will also form a key element of the investment strategy.
The transaction highlights the continued investment by private equity into the UK’s legal and professional services sectors and Continuum’s confidence in the sector’s structural growth drivers.
Continuum Advisory Partners acted as sole and exclusive financial advisor to QPE in connection with the transaction.
