ECI Partners ("ECI") has completed a new platform investment in Shaw Gibbs, a top 35 UK accountancy platform previously backed by Apiary Capital.
Shaw Gibbs delivers exceptional service to c.25,000 clients across London, the Southeast of England and Ireland, supported by a team of c.800 partners and employees.
The partnership with ECI will enable Shaw Gibbs to continue its highly successful buy-and-build strategy, building on the 14 acquisitions completed since 2022, while further investing in technology, AI and data capabilities, and service expansion.
ECI is a highly experienced mid-market private equity firm that has partnered with 270+ businesses over 50 years.
