Exclusive Adviser to Canford Law and QPE on the acquisition of PDC Group
QPE and Canford Law have announced the establishment of the Canford Group, following Canford Law's combination with PDC Group. The combined group creates a diversified, tech-enabled specialist legal services platform.
PDC is a specialist full legal services and outsourcing advisor to the landlord and residential property market.
The combination follows QPE's investment in Canford Law in December 2025 and marks the first acquisition since that investment, an important step in the group's buy-and-build thesis. It diversifies the group's end-market exposure and will support further investment in its people, technology and customer service quality.
The transaction reflects the increasing theme of private equity investment into high-quality, tech-enabled legal services platforms.
