In August 2023, Pinnacle Pet Group (“PPG”) completed on its acquisition of 100% of Animal Friends Insurance (“Animal Friends”) from Correlation One Holdings (“Correlation”).
Continuum Advisory Partners acted as exclusive Financial Advisor to Animal Friends and its shareholders.
Animal Friends is a leading pet insurance intermediary in the UK while PPG is a leading pan-European pet insurance provider with private investment vehicle, JAB Holding Company, as its controlling shareholder. As part of the PPG family, Animal Friends will further build its market-leading proposition in the UK.
Further to the transaction, PPG and Correlation will form a long-term partnership to drive growth and innovation in pet insurance in the UK & European markets.
