Will Clarke is a Vice President, having joined Continuum in 2025 from HSBC’s Technology, Digital and Financial Services team. He has a particular focus on financial technology across bank, non-bank lending, and insurance sectors.
Will has 10+ years investment banking experience, including seven at Citigroup, advising corporates and financial sponsors on public and private M&A, IPO advisory, equity raises and refinancings across Europe, Asia and Australia.
Will holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of International Studies (First Class) from the University of New South Wales.
