Anurag Verma is a Senior Managing Director, having joined Continuum in 2022. Anurag is an experienced investment banker and corporate finance adviser, having provided strategic and transaction advice to corporate, private equity and entrepreneurial clients across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Middle East, North America and Asia over the past 27 years.
Prior to joining Continuum, Anurag was a Managing Director within Keefe, Bruyette & Woods' European investment banking practice, having joined from Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Financial Institutions Group in 2018, where he was an equity partner.
Anurag’s deal track record spans private and public M&A, equity capital markets/IPOs, private debt and equity capital raises, restructurings and strategic advice to boards, primarily in the Financial Services sector.
Anurag is responsible for originating and leading transactions across the banking, specialty finance and financial technology sectors.
